About This Project

Hello Sister is our online entertainment + shopping + media destination aimed at college women that provides shared marketing buying power for a collaborative “sisterhood” of women-owned brands, fueled by original lifestyle music videos that feature those women and brands throughout.

Brands share stories, locations, and talent to get world-class video production for a fraction of the cost.  Brands get songs by women musical artists.  Brands get broadcast quality 4K videos and other marketing assets desired by publishers, affiliate marketers, and influencers, to use anywhere they’d like.  Brands get greater value, impact, and reach.  Brands look great together and cross-sell.

Founder Don Pogany is an award-winning advertising Creative Director whose credits include top-ranked Super Bowl commercials, campaigns Whassup for Budweiser and Rubberband Man for OfficeMax, the Grand Prix at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity, and three Emmy nominations.

There are 12.4 million college women in the U.S. who represent $150+ billion in discretionary spending, and $275+ billion in overall spending.

The National Association of Women Business Owners reports there are 11.6 million firms owned by women.  They employ nearly 9 million people, generate $1.7 trillion in sales as of 2017, account for 39% of all privately held firms, and contribute 8% of employment.  Over the past 20 years, the number of Women Owned businesses has grown 114% compared to the overall national growth rate of 44%.
